Who it is for
Several specialties under one roof, one account
An internist, a neurologist, a physiotherapist and a surgeon share the reception, the patients and the cash register. Each specialty keeps its templates and documents, each doctor their calendar.

How it is organised
What works today
-
Specialties in one account
Each specialty with its templates, documents and services, on one shared patient record.
-
A calendar per doctor
Day and week views per practitioner, room or resource, with the rota and exceptions of each doctor.
-
Invoice series as you need them
One series for the practice or a series per doctor, receipts and the cash register at the front desk.
-
Orders and prescriptions on one record
Every doctor orders tests and writes prescriptions on the shared record; results and the medication list are visible to each specialty treating the patient.
-
Reports per doctor
Revenue by practitioner and service, appointments and outstanding balances, exportable to CSV.
-
Roles and confidentiality
Each role sees what it needs; every access to a record is in the audit log.
-
Treatment plans and payments
Plans with phases and prices, accepted in the practice or online, deposits by pay link.
-
Reception tablet and GDPR register
Consents and questionnaires signed on the reception tablet in kiosk mode; a consent register with versions and expiry, and data requests with the 30-day deadline.
-
Occupational health and companies
Employers with their employees, exams in batches, fitness certificates with a qualified signature (pilot) and an employer portal; corporate contracts where the company pays for its employees’ memberships.
-
Private insurers
Partner insurers show on the booking page; the pre-approval is tracked in Clinesto and the invoice is split between the insurer and the patient’s co-payment. Pre-approval is requested by e-mail or through the insurer’s portal: there is no API.
-
CNAS forms (pilot)
For specialties with a CAS contract: referral, sick leave, medical letter and recommendation issued through DocMed from the visit, with the CAS caps shown at booking.

Questions
Do all doctors see all records?
Access follows roles. The record belongs to the practice, every view is logged, and you decide which roles see clinical notes.
Can each doctor invoice under their own series?
Yes. You choose one series for the practice or a series per doctor, with receipts and the cash register at the front desk.
One of our specialties has no dedicated pack. Does it work?
Yes. Specialties without a pack run on configurable templates, which we set up with you at onboarding.
