Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. What you get

  • Structured urology consultation

    Urinary symptoms, history, exam, diagnosis and recommendations as fields, in a template set up for your practice.

  • PSA and ultrasound with units

    PSA, prostate volume or post-void residual stored as observations with units, comparable from one control to the next.

  • Orders and results

    PSA and urine tests ordered from the consultation; results entered or imported (CSV, HL7) and reviewed, an abnormal value raises a task; uroflowmetry reports are attached as PDFs.

  • Minor procedures and consumables

    Catheters and consumables used in procedures are deducted from stock when the visit is signed; consent is signed on a tablet.

  • Letter, referral and prescription

    The medical letter, referrals and a private prescription with safety checks (allergies, duplicates, interactions) are generated from the signed consultation, as PDF.

  • Invoice and CNAS

    Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted services works as a pilot.

How the day runs

    The patient books his yearly prostate check online.

  2. 02

    A reminder goes out 48 h before; he confirms with YES.

  3. 03

    The consultation opens from the previous one; the new PSA and prostate volume go into their fields.

  4. 04

    The lab report is attached, the letter generated and signed.

  5. 05

    The invoice is issued and the next control booked; post-visit messages and recalls go out through journeys.

Questions

Is there a dedicated urology pack?

Urology runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, tracked values and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Can PSA come in from the lab?

Yes, as an imported result: a CSV or an HL7 v2 (ORU^R01) file or API call, or typed in by hand, then reviewed by the doctor. For an in-house laboratory, orders to analysers go out through HL7, as a pilot.

Do you connect to ultrasound or uroflowmetry devices?

There is no live device connection. You attach the device’s PDF report and enter the values you follow into fields.
