Eye examinations with acuity and pressure compared over time
Your ophthalmology templates are configured with you at onboarding: visual acuity, refraction, intraocular pressure, slit lamp and fundus, recorded separately for each eye.
No card · Migration included · Hosted in the EU
Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work
What you get
-
Acuity and IOP with units
Visual acuity and intraocular pressure in mmHg, for the right and left eye, stored as observations and comparable from visit to visit.
-
Exam per eye
Refraction, slit-lamp and fundus findings in separate fields for OD and OS, validated before signature.
-
Spectacle prescription
The spectacle or contact-lens prescription is generated as a PDF document from the signed consultation.
-
Device reports
OCT, visual field or topography: the PDF reports exported by the device are attached to the record.
-
Nurse and doctor
The nurse does refraction and tonometry, the doctor completes the exam and signs; a booking can hold both the room and the device.
-
Invoice and CNAS
Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted services works as a pilot.
How the day runs
- 01
A glaucoma patient books the three-month control online.
- 02
The nurse measures acuity and intraocular pressure and enters them on the record.
- 03
The doctor sees the previous values, completes the fundus exam and attaches the visual-field report.
- 04
The letter, the spectacle prescription and the eye-drop prescription come out of the signed consultation; the invoice follows.
- 05
The next control is booked before the patient leaves; post-visit messages and recalls go out through journeys.
Integrations and exports
- Device PDFs (OCT, visual field)
- e-Factura with SPV upload (pilot)
- CNAS reporting (pilot)
- Online payments (Netopia, Stripe)

Questions
Is there a dedicated ophthalmology pack?
Ophthalmology runs on configurable templates: we set up your per-eye fields, observations and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.
Are values read automatically from the autorefractor or OCT?
No. There is no live device connection. You enter the values you follow into fields and attach the device’s PDF report.
Can I see how intraocular pressure has changed?
Yes. IOP is an observation with a unit, stored at every visit, so the previous values appear next to the new one.
