    History, symptoms, exam, diagnosis and treatment as fields, not free text, in a template set up for your practice.

  • Hormone values with units

    TSH, FT4, cortisol, vitamin D or any value you follow saved as observations with units, comparable from one visit to the next.

  • Thyroid ultrasound findings

    Nodule size, location and features captured in fields, with a classification such as TI-RADS configured as a field; the report and images attached as files.

  • Metabolic patients too

    BMI computed from the record and the internal medicine pack’s HbA1c and lipid sets available for patients with metabolic disease.

  • Letter and referrals

    The medical letter and referrals generated from the signed consultation, with the required fields checked before signature.

  • Controls and prescriptions

    Each control starts from the previous visit; private prescriptions are checked for allergies, duplicates and interactions, signed as PDF and renewed in one step.

How the day runs

    The patient books the three-month thyroid control online.

  2. 02

    They confirm the reminder with YES and bring the new lab results.

  3. 03

    The visit opens from the previous one; TSH and FT4 go into the observation set and the lab PDF is attached.

  4. 04

    The ultrasound findings are filled in, the letter is generated and signed.

  5. 05

    The invoice is issued and the next control booked; recalls and post-visit messages go out on their own.

Questions

Is there a dedicated endocrinology pack?

Endocrinology runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, hormone values and ultrasound fields and your letter with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Can lab results be imported automatically?

Yes, from files: results arrive as CSV or HL7 v2 files or through the API, or are entered by hand, and the doctor reviews them before they reach the patient app. For an in-house laboratory, orders to analysers go out through HL7, as a pilot.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
