Each location has its hours, its cash register and its invoice series. A doctor can work Mondays in one location and Thursdays in another; patients book where that doctor is that day.

Questions

A doctor works in two locations. Do we pay twice?

No. You pay once per active practitioner, however many locations they cover. Locations are priced separately on the Group plan.

Can each location invoice through its own series and cash register?

Yes. Each location has its invoice series and its cash register, with sessions opened and closed by the team, a closing document and a cash book export.

Can we move stock between locations?

Stock is kept per location with lots and expiry dates. Transfers between locations are not available yet; you record a goods issue in one location and a receipt in the other.
