Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Structured skin exam

    Site, lesion type, size and dermoscopic features as fields rather than free text, in a template set up for your practice.

  • Photos attached

    Clinical and dermoscopic photos are uploaded as files to the consultation and stay in the patient’s timeline.

  • Excisions and cryotherapy

    The procedure note is signed, and anaesthetic, sutures and consumables are deducted from stock automatically.

  • Consent, after-care, prescription

    Consent is signed on a tablet; after-care instructions and a private prescription with safety checks are generated as PDF in the patient’s language.

  • Histology report

    The histopathology report received as a PDF is attached to the visit in which the excision was done.

  • Invoice and CNAS

    Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted services works as a pilot.

How the day runs

    A patient books online about a mole that has changed.

  2. 02

    The dermatologist describes the lesion, uploads the dermoscopy photo and decides to excise.

  3. 03

    The patient signs the consent on a tablet; consumables are deducted when the procedure note is signed.

  4. 04

    After-care instructions go out as PDF and the invoice comes from the signed visit.

  5. 05

    The control for the result and suture removal is booked before the patient leaves.

Is there a dedicated dermatology pack?

Dermatology runs on configurable templates: we set up your exam, procedures and documents with you at onboarding. For aesthetic work, the aesthetic pack adds an injection map and before-and-after photos.

Can photos be compared between visits?

Photos are kept on each visit, in the patient’s timeline. The aesthetic pack adds guided photos and a before-and-after comparison document.

Do you connect to the dermatoscope?

Through import: dermatoscope images, DICOM files included, come in from a watched folder, an upload or the API, are matched to the patient and land on the mole map, where you compare lesions from one visit to the next. The device is not controlled from Clinesto.
