Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. What you get

  • Joint exam as fields

    Tender and swollen joints, morning stiffness and the patient’s global assessment recorded as structured fields, not free text.

  • Activity scores, configurable

    Scores such as DAS28 or BASDAI configured with you as informational fields; the decision always stays with the physician.

  • Inflammatory markers over time

    CRP, ESR and the other values you follow ordered from the visit, then entered or imported as observations with units; an abnormal value raises a task.

  • Treatment monitoring visits

    Controls for patients on long-term treatment start from the previous visit; the medication list is reconciled and prescriptions are checked for interactions.

  • Letters and referrals

    The medical letter and referrals generated from the signed consultation, in the patient’s language.

  • Imaging on the record

    X-ray, ultrasound or bone density reports attached to the visit as files.

How the day runs

    The patient books the quarterly control online in the rheumatologist’s calendar.

  2. 02

    They confirm the reminder with YES and bring the new lab results.

  3. 03

    The visit opens from the previous one; the joint exam and CRP go into their fields.

  4. 04

    The treatment is reviewed, the letter generated and signed.

  5. 05

    The invoice is issued and the next control booked; the recall goes out on its own and the visit joins the CNAS monthly report (pilot).

Is DAS28 computed automatically?

Not as a shipped calculator. Activity scores are configured per clinic as fields and stay informational; the calculators available today are BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
