    Surgery, healing and prosthetics as phases, with alternatives and a payment schedule, accepted online with a deposit.

  • Lab orders for prosthetics

    Dental lab orders for the crown or bridge, generated from the patient’s record; the partner lab follows them in its portal.

  • Implant registry and stock

    Implants are kept by lot and expiry and deducted from stock when the visit is signed; the registry keeps each implant by position, and the patient gets an implant passport (MDR) and a guarantee tied to check-ups.

How the day runs

  1. 01

    The patient comes for a consult; the CBCT is attached to the record as a file.

  2. 02

    The plan with surgery, healing and prosthetics is accepted online and the deposit paid.

  3. 03

    On the day of surgery the consent is signed on the tablet; the implant leaves the stock.

  4. 04

    Post-op instructions and the prescription are handed over and the control booked.

  5. 05

    After healing the lab order goes out and the prosthetic phase is invoiced.

Is there a dedicated implantology pack?

Implantology uses the dental pack plus surgical templates configured with you at onboarding. A deeper pack can be built on request.

Do you integrate with implant manufacturers or registries?

Clinesto keeps its own implant registry: the manufacturer, lot and position of every implant, with an implant passport for the patient (MDR) and a guarantee tied to check-ups. There is no integration with manufacturers’ systems or a national registry.

Can I view CBCT scans in Clinesto?

If you have a PACS archive (Orthanc), yes, as a pilot: the CBCT opens in the DICOM viewer from the record, with the archive set up per clinic. Without an archive, CBCT exports and X-rays are attached as files and open in your usual software.
