Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Parents and guardians

    Each child is linked to one or more guardians; in the patient app a parent sees the child’s appointments and documents.

  • Growth as observations

    Weight, height, head circumference and temperature stored as observations with units, so each visit shows the previous values.

  • Vaccination record

    Each vaccine given is recorded with product, lot, date and dose, and the child’s vaccination history stays on the timeline.

  • Prescriptions checked by age

    Private prescriptions with checks for allergies, duplicates, interactions and age, signed PDF with QR code. The CNAS e-prescription (SIPE) runs as a pilot.

  • Certificates for nursery and school

    Medical certificates for nursery, school or sport, medical letters and referrals generated as PDF from the signed visit.

  • Reminders and recalls for parents

    Reminders 48 h and 3 h before the visit, with a YES/NO reply and quiet hours, by SMS, email or WhatsApp, and recalls for the next check, in the family’s language.

How the day runs

    A parent books the next check online, choosing the paediatrician and the slot.

  2. 02

    The reminder arrives two days before; YES confirms the visit.

  3. 03

    Weight and height go into the observation set and the vaccine given is recorded with its lot.

  4. 04

    The prescription is checked and signed, and the nursery certificate is generated as PDF.

  5. 05

    A receipt is issued for private services; the next check goes on the recall list.

Questions

Is there a dedicated paediatrics pack?

Paediatrics runs on configurable templates: we set up your well-child visit, growth measurements, vaccination fields and certificates with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Are growth percentiles calculated?

Not as a built-in chart today. Measurements are stored with units and compared from visit to visit; percentile references can be configured as informational fields at onboarding.

Does it handle the CNAS contract?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices; a run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
