Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. What you get

  • Assessment and session notes

    Initial assessment, goals and short session notes as structured fields, in templates set up for your practice at onboarding.

  • Packages as treatment plans

    A package of sessions is a priced treatment plan, with discounts and a payment schedule, accepted in the clinic or online by link.

  • Deposits and pay links

    The patient pays a deposit or the whole package through a pay link (Netopia, Stripe); the payment goes on their account.

  • Calendar per therapist and room

    Sessions are booked per therapist, room or equipment; patients can also book online and cancel or reschedule from their link.

  • Progress as measurements

    Range of motion, pain or other values with units stored as observations, so the next session shows where you started.

  • Reminders that fill the day

    Reminders 48 h and 3 h before with a YES/NO reply; the waitlist helps fill a cancelled slot, and the patient app shows the next sessions.

How the day runs

    The patient books the first assessment online, choosing the location and therapist.

  2. 02

    After the assessment the package of sessions is offered as a treatment plan and accepted online.

  3. 03

    The deposit is paid through the link; the sessions go into the therapist’s calendar.

  4. 04

    Each session is noted and the measurements updated; a receipt as PDF or an invoice is issued when needed.

  5. 05

    At the end the progress is compared and a control session is offered.

Is there a dedicated physiotherapy pack?

Physiotherapy runs on configurable templates: we set up your assessment, session notes and measurements with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Can patients pay for a package in advance?

Yes. The package is a treatment plan with prices and a payment schedule; the patient accepts it online and pays a deposit or the full amount through a pay link.

Do you sell memberships or subscriptions?

Yes. Memberships are included in Clinic and Group and an add-on on Cabinet: plans with included sessions or discounts and family members, invoiced monthly or yearly by recurring card payment or a pay link. A fixed package of sessions is still a treatment plan with a payment schedule.
