Internal medicine and medical specialties

Cardiology consultations, structured from ECG to medical letter

Your cardiology templates are configured with you at onboarding: history, risk factors, ECG and echo values with units, recommendations and the letter, on the same calendar and invoice as the rest of the clinic.

Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Structured consultation

History, cardiovascular risk factors, exam, ECG findings, diagnosis and recommendations as fields, not free text, in a template set up for your practice.

  • Echo and ECG values with units

Dimensions, gradients, ejection fraction or heart rate captured as observations with units, so the next visit shows the previous values.

  • Orders and device reports

Lab orders from the visit with order sets (e.g. hypertension); Holter, ABPM or stress-test PDFs attached to the visit, and an abnormal lab value raises a task for you.

  • Medical letter from the visit

The letter and referrals generated from the signed consultation, with the required fields checked before signature.

  • Prescriptions with safety checks

The medication list is reconciled at each visit; private prescriptions are checked for allergies, duplicates and interactions, signed as PDF with a QR code and renewed in one step. The CNAS e-prescription (SIPE) runs as a pilot.

  • Invoice and CNAS

Invoice or receipt from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted practices works as a pilot.

How the day runs

  1. 01

The six-month control is booked online in the cardiologist’s calendar.

  2. 02

The patient confirms the reminder with YES; reception checks them in.

  3. 03

The consultation opens from the previous one; ECG and echo values go into their fields.

  4. 04

The Holter PDF is attached; the letter and the prescription are generated and signed.

  5. 05

The invoice is issued and the next control booked; results and the prescription show in the patient app.

Questions

Is there a dedicated cardiology pack?

Cardiology runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, echo and ECG fields and your letter with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Do you connect to ECG or echo machines?

There is no live device connection. You attach the device’s PDF report to the visit and enter the values you follow over time into structured fields.

Are risk scores computed automatically?

The engine runs calculators from the record (BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC exist today). Other scores are configured per clinic and stay informational; the decision is always the physician’s.
