Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Patients and families on one list

    Every patient with alerts, tags and a timeline across visits, documents and invoices; children linked to their parents as guardians.

  • Consultation, preventive check, vaccinations

    Templates for the acute consultation and the preventive check, set up for your practice; blood pressure and weight stored as observations, each vaccine recorded with product, lot, date and dose.

  • Prescriptions with safety checks

    Private prescriptions checked for allergies, duplicates and interactions, signed PDF with QR code, renewals for chronic treatment; the patient sees them in the app. The CNAS e-prescription (SIPE) runs as a pilot.

  • Lab orders and results

    Lab and imaging orders from the visit, with order sets; results entered, imported (CSV, HL7) or attached, reviewed by you, and an abnormal value raises a task.

  • Certificates, referrals and recalls

    Certificates, referrals and medical letters generated as PDF from the signed visit; recalls and post-visit messages go out by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

  • CNAS and private services

    CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports; a run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report. Private services get an invoice or a receipt as PDF.

How the day runs

    Patients book online or call; the day’s list is in your calendar and reminders go out two days before.

  2. 02

    At check-in the insured status is checked; the preventive check opens from its template.

  3. 03

    Blood pressure, weight and the vaccine given are recorded; the prescription is checked and signed.

  4. 04

    A certificate, a referral or a lab order comes out of the signed visit, as PDF.

  5. 05

    Private services get a receipt; the visit goes into the CNAS report and the next recall is set.

Is there a dedicated family medicine pack?

Family medicine runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, preventive check, vaccination fields and certificates with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Does it handle the CNAS contract?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report. Referrals, sick leave and medical letters through DocMed, the SIPE e-prescription and health card reading also run as a pilot until we confirm them with CNAS; the monthly CAS caps show at booking.

Can the nurse work in the same record?

Yes. Roles and privileges decide who sees and edits what: the nurse records measurements and vaccinations, the doctor signs or co-signs, and every access is kept in the audit log.
