Structured ENT exam
Ear, nose, pharynx and larynx as sections of one template, with fields for each side rather than free text.

Audiograms and reports attached
The audiogram, tympanogram or endoscopy images exported by the device are attached as files to the consultation.

Minor procedures
Ear wax removal, cauterisation or puncture, with consumables deducted from stock when the visit is signed.

Consent, instructions, prescription
Consent is signed on a tablet; after-care instructions and a private prescription, checked for allergies and interactions, are generated as PDF in the patient’s language.

Children and parents
For minors, the parent or guardian is recorded on the child’s record with their contact details.

Invoice and CNAS
Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted services works as a pilot.
How the day runs

A mother books her child with an ear infection online in the ENT calendar.

The child is checked in; the guardian is already on the record from the last visit.

The doctor completes the otoscopy and attaches the tympanogram done in the room.
- 04
The letter and the prescription are generated and signed; the receipt follows as PDF.

The ten-day control is booked before they leave.

ENT runs on configurable templates: we set up your exam, procedures and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.
Does it connect to the audiometer or endoscope?
There is no live device connection. You attach the audiogram or exported images as files to the consultation.
Can audiometry be booked separately from the consultation?
Yes. Audiometry can be its own appointment type, in the calendar of a room or a device, with its own duration.
