What you get
-
Consult and follow-up templates
A first-consult template and a chronic follow-up template, versioned, with required fields checked before signature.
-
Lab orders and observation sets
Lab and imaging orders from the visit with order sets (hypertension, diabetes, pre-op); results entered, imported (CSV, HL7) or attached fill the vitals, lipid, HbA1c and renal sets, comparable visit after visit.
-
Calculators in the record
eGFR (CKD-EPI 2021), BMI and FINDRISC computed from the record, using the patient’s age and sex.
-
Letter, referral, sick leave
Medical letter, referral and sick-leave documents generated from the signed visit, as PDF, in the patient’s language.
-
Prescriptions with safety checks
The medication list is reconciled at each visit; private prescriptions are checked for allergies, duplicates and interactions, signed as PDF with a QR code and renewed in one step. The CNAS e-prescription (SIPE) runs as a pilot.
-
Reminders and invoicing
Reminders 48 h and 3 h before the visit with a YES/NO reply; the invoice is created from the signed visit, with e-Factura uploaded to the SPV (pilot) in Romania.
How the day runs
- 01
The patient books a follow-up online or by phone, in the internist’s calendar.
- 02
A reminder goes out two days before; the patient confirms with YES.
- 03
The visit opens from the previous one; vitals and new lab values go into the observation sets and eGFR updates itself.
- 04
The medical letter, the referral and the prescription come out of the signed visit; the invoice or receipt follows.
- 05
The next control is booked before the patient leaves; reviewed results reach the patient app and the recall goes out on its own.

Questions
What does the internal medicine pack include?
Consult and chronic follow-up templates, observation sets for vitals, lipids, HbA1c and renal function and spirometry, eGFR, BMI and FINDRISC calculators, order sets for the usual work-ups, and the medical letter, referral and sick-leave documents. Private prescriptions with safety checks come with every account.
Can lab results be imported automatically?
Yes, from files: results arrive as CSV or HL7 v2 files or through the API, or are entered by hand, and the doctor reviews them before they reach the patient app. For an in-house laboratory, orders to analysers go out through HL7, as a pilot.
Does it handle CNAS contracts?
CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
