Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Consultation and endoscopy reports

A consultation template and report templates for upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, with findings, biopsies taken and conclusions as fields.

  • Consents signed on a tablet

The procedure and sedation consent is generated in the patient’s language and signed on a tablet before the procedure.

  • Preparation instructions

Colonoscopy preparation instructions as a document template, handed to the patient at booking, in their language.

  • Endoscopy room as a resource

The endoscopy room is booked alongside the doctor, so procedures and consultations do not overlap.

  • Orders, histology and imaging

Lab and imaging orders from the consultation; pathology results, ultrasound reports and images attached to the visit, with the values you follow in structured fields.

  • Consumables out of stock

Consumables set for each procedure leave the stock automatically when the report is signed, with lots and expiry tracked.

How the day runs

  1. 01

  2. 02

The patient receives the preparation instructions and confirms the reminder with YES.

  3. 03

At reception the consent is signed on a tablet; after the procedure the report is filled in.

  4. 04

The report is signed, consumables leave the stock and the invoice is issued.

  5. 05

The histology PDF is attached when it arrives and the follow-up consultation is booked.

Questions

Is there a dedicated gastroenterology pack?

Gastroenterology runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, endoscopy reports, consents and preparation instructions with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Do you connect to the endoscopy system?

There is no live connection to endoscopy equipment. You attach the images or the PDF exported by the system to the visit and fill in the report in its fields.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
