Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Employees grouped by company

    Each employee has their own record; tags show which company they come from, so reception finds a company’s people quickly.

  • Templates per exam type

    Pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work and change-of-job exams as templates, with job, risk factors and conditional fields for each risk.

  • Fitness certificate as a document

    The fitness-for-work certificate generated as PDF from the signed exam, with the conclusion: fit, fit with conditions, temporarily unfit or unfit; the qualified signature is a pilot, and the employer sees it in their portal.

  • Tests ordered and on the record

    Lab tests ordered from the exam with an order set; audiometry, spirometry or ECG PDFs attached, and the values you follow in observation sets with units.

  • Invoice to the employer

    The invoice is made out to the employer company, with its series and e-Factura uploaded to the SPV (pilot); bank transfers are recorded against it.

  • Rooms and resources in the calendar

    Doctor, audiometry booth and ECG room booked as separate resources, so a group of employees moves through without double bookings.

How the day runs

    Reception books a company’s employees into the doctor’s and the test rooms’ calendars.

  2. 02

    Employees get reminders 48 h and 3 h before; a NO frees the slot for a colleague.

  3. 03

    The exam opens from the periodic template; audiogram and ECG PDFs are attached.

  4. 04

    The doctor signs and the fitness certificate is generated for the employee and the employer.

  5. 05

    The invoice goes to the company with e-Factura; the next periodic exam goes on the recall list.

Questions

Is there a dedicated occupational medicine pack?

There is an occupational health module, on the Clinic and Group plans and as an add-on on Cabinet: employers with their employees, exams in batches, fitness certificates with a qualified signature (pilot) and an employer portal. We set up your exam types and job risks with you at onboarding.

Who receives the fitness certificate?

The employee receives the certificate, and the employer sees it in their portal together with the employees’ exams; the qualified electronic signature is a pilot until the provider is confirmed. The medical record itself stays with the clinic, and every access to it is logged.

Do you connect to audiometers or spirometers?

There is no live device connection. You attach the device’s PDF report to the exam and enter the values you follow into structured fields.
