Priced treatment plan
Phases, priced procedures, alternatives and discounts in a plan the patient receives after the consult.

Online acceptance and deposit
The patient accepts the plan by link and pays the deposit online through Netopia or Stripe; the payment lands in their wallet at the clinic.

Payment schedule
The balance is split into instalments, paid in cash, by card, by transfer or by pay link, all tied to the plan.

Consent on a tablet
The informed consent is generated in the patient’s language and signed on a tablet before the procedure.

Instructions and follow-ups
Post-op instructions and a private prescription with safety checks come out of the signed visit as PDF; follow-ups are booked in the surgeon’s calendar.

Plan conversion
The conversion report shows how many presented plans were accepted and which amounts are still outstanding.
How the day runs

A patient books her consult online and pays the booking deposit.
- 02
After the consult, the surgeon sends the plan with two alternatives and their prices.

She accepts the plan at home, by link, and pays the procedure deposit.
- 04
On the day she signs the consent on a tablet; invoices follow the payment schedule.

Post-op follow-ups are already booked; reminders go out 48 h before.

Is there a dedicated plastic surgery pack?
Plastic surgery runs on configurable templates, set up with you at onboarding. The aesthetic pack, with an injection map and before-and-after photos, is available alongside.
How does the deposit work?
The patient pays online by link (Netopia or Stripe). The amount goes into the patient’s wallet at the clinic and is applied to the procedure invoice.
Can I keep before and after photos?
Yes, photos are uploaded on each visit. The aesthetic pack adds guided photos and a before-and-after comparison document.
