Child psychiatry: the child, parents and assessments on one record
Your child psychiatry templates are configured with you at onboarding: developmental history, clinical observation, scales completed with parents and recommendations, with access to the record controlled by roles.
No card · Migration included · Hosted in the EU
Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work
What you get
-
Parents and guardians
The parent or guardian is recorded on the child’s record, with contact details and their relationship to the patient.
-

Developmental history, clinical observation, diagnosis and recommendations as fields, in a template set up for your practice.
-
Scales and questionnaires
Questionnaires for parents or school are configured at onboarding as forms, and the answers stay on the record.

-
External reports attached
Psychology or speech-therapy assessments and EEG reports received as PDFs are attached to the child’s record.
-
Invoice and CNAS
Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted practices works as a pilot.
How the day runs
- 01
A parent books the child’s first assessment online.
- 02
At reception, the parent’s details are added to the child’s record.
- 03
The doctor completes the assessment and enters the parent’s answers in the configured questionnaire.
- 04
The medical letter with recommendations, and a prescription when needed, come out of the signed visit; the receipt follows.

Questions
Is there a dedicated child psychiatry pack?
The specialty runs on configurable templates: we set up your assessment, questionnaires and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.
Can both parents be on the record?
Yes. A child’s record can hold several guardians, each with contact details and their relationship to the patient.
Are questionnaires scored automatically?
Questionnaires are configured at onboarding as forms in the template, with item fields and a computed total. The result is informational; the decision is the physician’s.
