    Roles and privileges decide who sees clinical notes and who sees only the calendar and invoices.

    Every time a record is opened it is kept in the audit log, with the user and the time of access.

    The questionnaires and scales you use are configured at onboarding as forms, and the answers stay on the record from visit to visit.

  • Letter and prescription

    The medical letter and a private prescription with safety checks (allergies, duplicates, interactions, pregnancy) come out of the signed consultation; renewals start from the previous one. The CNAS e-prescription (SIPE) runs as a pilot.

  • Invoice and CNAS

    Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted practices works as a pilot.

How the day runs

    The patient books the monthly follow-up online or by phone.

  2. 02

    A reminder goes out 48 h before, with discreet wording and no medical details.

  3. 03

    The consultation opens from the previous one; the psychiatrist completes the mental state exam and the configured scale.

  4. 04

    The medical letter and the renewed prescription come out of the signed consultation; reception issues the receipt without seeing the notes.

  5. 05

    The next follow-up is booked before the patient leaves.

Questions

Is there a dedicated psychiatry pack?

Psychiatry runs on configurable templates: we set up your assessment, mental state exam, scales and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Are scales such as PHQ-9 scored automatically?

Scales are configured at onboarding as forms in the template, with item fields and a computed total. The result is informational; the decision is always the physician’s.

Who can see the patient’s record?

Only users whose role grants that right. Every access to the record is written to the audit log, and data is hosted in the EU.
