  • Consults and procedures, one calendar

    The dermatology consult and the peel or injection session have their own appointment types and durations, per doctor, room and device.

  • Consents on a tablet

    The consent for each procedure is signed on a tablet in the patient’s language and kept as PDF on the record.

  • Products tracked by lot

    Peels, vials and consumables enter stock with lot and expiry; consumption is deducted when the visit is signed, with a low-stock alert.

  • Medical and cosmetic services

    Each service has its own tax category: the exempt medical consult and the cosmetic procedure with VAT on the same invoice, with e-Factura uploaded to the SPV (pilot) in Romania.

  • Treatment plan with deposit

    A series of sessions is proposed as a plan with phases and prices; the patient accepts it online and pays the deposit by link (Netopia, Stripe).

  • Injection map and photos

    Injection points on face diagrams with the lot used, and guided photos compared before and after in a document kept on the record.

How the day runs

  1. 01

    The patient books a dermatology consult online.

  2. 02

    The doctor records the exam in the configured template and proposes a plan of three peel sessions.

  3. 03

    The patient accepts the plan online and pays the deposit by link.

  4. 04

    At the first session the consent is signed on a tablet and the guided photos taken; the product leaves stock when the visit is signed.

  5. 05

    The invoice separates the exempt consult from the cosmetic procedure with VAT; the next sessions are booked and reminders go out automatically.

Is there a dedicated aesthetic dermatology pack?

It runs on the aesthetic pack: aesthetic templates, the injection map, guided before/after photos, consents and aftercare, and recalls for the next sessions. Your consult templates are configured with you at onboarding.

Can I keep patient photos?

Yes. Guided photos are taken with the same framing at each session, kept on the record with role-based access and an access log, and compared in a before/after document.

How do I invoice a medical consult together with a cosmetic procedure?

Each service has its tax category configured: the medical service exempt from VAT, the cosmetic procedure with VAT. The invoice applies them, and the e-Factura is generated from it and uploaded to the SPV (pilot).
