Functional diagnostics: the report and the device PDF on one record
We configure ECG, EEG or EMG report templates with you at onboarding; spirometry already has an observation set. The device PDF is attached to the examination, and the report is signed and issued as PDF.

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Calendar by device
The ECG machine, spirometer or EEG are calendar resources, with the duration of each examination.

Structured spirometry
The spirometry observation set stores values with units, comparable from one examination to the next.

Report templates
ECG, EEG or EMG: description, measured values and conclusion as fields, in a template set up for your practice.

Device PDF on the record
The trace or report exported by the device is attached to the examination and kept with the patient.

Signed PDF report
The report is generated from the signed examination, in the patient’s language, with required fields checked before signature.

Invoicing and CNAS
Invoice or receipt from the signed examination, with e-Factura uploaded to the SPV (pilot) in Romania; CNAS reporting works as a pilot.
How the day runs

A patient referred by their GP is booked for spirometry.
- 02
A reminder goes out two days before; the patient confirms with YES.
- 03
Values go into the observation set and the spirometer’s PDF is attached.
- 04
The report is signed and handed to the patient as PDF.
- 05
An invoice is issued or the service goes into CNAS reporting, available as a pilot.

Functional diagnostics runs on configurable templates: we set up your ECG, EEG or EMG reports with you at onboarding. Spirometry already has an observation set. A dedicated pack can be built on request.
Do you connect to ECG machines or spirometers?
There is no live device connection. You attach the device’s PDF to the examination and enter the values you follow over time into structured fields.
Does it handle CNAS contracts?
CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed examinations, monthly reports and settlement invoices; a run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
