Infectious disease consults and long follow-ups, on one record

Your infectious diseases templates are configured with you at onboarding: consultation, long-term follow-up for hepatitis or HIV, lab values as observations, vaccinations with the lot recorded and the medical letter.

No card · Migration included · Hosted in the EU

Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

Infectious disease consults and long follow-ups, on one record
Screens from the Clinesto app. Specialty screens are shown during the demo.

What you get

  • Consultation and follow-up

Exposure history, symptoms, exam, diagnosis and treatment as fields, and a follow-up template for patients under long-term treatment.

  • Lab values over time

Viral load, liver enzymes and blood counts ordered from the visit and stored with units, compared from one visit to the next.

  • Vaccinations with lot

Adult and travel vaccines recorded with product, lot, date and dose; vaccine stock tracked by lot and expiry and consumed when the visit is signed.

  • Access by role, logged

Roles and privileges decide who sees the record, and every access is kept in the audit log, with hosting in the EU.

  • Letters and referrals

The medical letter and referrals generated from the signed visit, as PDF, in the patient’s language.

  • Reminders for long follow-ups

Reminders 48 h and 3 h before each control, with a YES/NO reply and quiet hours.

How the day runs

  1. 01

The patient books the six-month hepatitis control online.

  2. 02

They confirm the reminder with YES and bring the new viral load result.

  3. 03

The visit opens from the previous one; the values go into their fields and the lab PDF is attached.

  4. 04

The treatment is reviewed, the letter generated and signed.

  5. 05

The invoice is issued and the next control booked; the recall goes out on its own and the visit joins the CNAS monthly report (pilot).

Questions

Is there a dedicated infectious diseases pack?

Infectious diseases runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, follow-up and vaccination fields with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Who can see a sensitive record?

Only the roles you allow. Privileges are set per role, every access is kept in the audit log, and data is hosted in the EU.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
