Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Session parameters as observations

    Treated area, phototype, fluence, pulse duration or number of pulses stored with units, so the next session starts from the previous values.

  • The series as a plan

    Six or eight sessions proposed as a treatment plan with prices, discounts and a payment schedule, accepted in the clinic or online.

  • Calendar by device and room

    The laser and the room are calendar resources, so two patients are never booked on the same device at the same time.

  • Consent and aftercare

    The consent is signed on a tablet before the first session, and aftercare instructions go out as PDF in the patient’s language.

  • Clone the previous session

    Each session starts from the last signed one, with area and parameters already filled in, ready to adjust.

  • Deposit and online payment

    The plan deposit is paid by link (Netopia, Stripe); a deposit taken at online booking goes into the patient’s wallet and pays the session’s invoice.

How the day runs

    The patient books the first session on the laser online.

  2. 02

    They sign the consent on a tablet and accept the plan for the series.

  3. 03

    The session opens from the template; area, phototype and parameters go into their fields.

  4. 04

    On signature the invoice is issued, with the deposit taken from the wallet.

  5. 05

    The next session is booked at the agreed interval; reminders go out 48 h and 3 h before.

Questions

Is there a dedicated laser pack?

Laser and body treatments run on configurable templates: we set up your session template, parameters and consent with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Do you connect to the laser device?

There is no live device connection. The parameters used are recorded in the session’s structured fields and stay on the record.

Can I sell session packages or memberships?

Yes. A series of sessions sells as a fixed-price package (templates for 6 and 10 laser sessions come ready-made), at the front desk, online or in the app; at expiry the unused share becomes credit or is refunded, by your rule. Memberships are included in Clinic and Group and an add-on on Cabinet.
