Outpatient orthopaedics: exam, injection, follow-up

Your orthopaedic templates are configured with you at onboarding: exam by region, range of motion, injections and immobilisation, with imaging attached and stock deducted from the same visit.

Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

Outpatient orthopaedics: exam, injection, follow-up
Screens from the Clinesto app. Specialty screens are shown during the demo.

What you get

  • Structured orthopaedic exam

Region, side, pain, range of motion and clinical tests as fields, with conditional fields that appear only for the joint being examined.

  • Measurements with units

Range of motion in degrees or a pain score stored as observations, so the follow-up shows how things have changed.

  • Injections and braces from stock

Syringes, the injected drug, braces or bandages are deducted from stock by lot when the visit is signed.

  • Imaging orders and reports

X-ray, MRI or ultrasound ordered from the visit; the reports received as PDFs are attached next to the consultation.

  • Consent on a tablet

Consent for an injection or minor procedure is signed on a tablet and kept on the patient’s record.

  • Invoice and CNAS

Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted services works as a pilot.

How the day runs

  1. 01

A patient with knee pain books online in the orthopaedic surgeon’s calendar.

  2. 02

They confirm the reminder with YES; reception checks them in and attaches the MRI report.

  3. 03

The surgeon completes the knee exam, the patient signs the consent and receives the injection.

  4. 04

Syringe and drug are deducted from stock; the medical letter and invoice come out of the signed visit.

  5. 05

The three-week follow-up is booked before the patient leaves.

Questions

Is there a dedicated orthopaedics pack?

Orthopaedics runs on configurable templates: we set up your regional exam, injections and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Can I view X-rays directly in the app?

Yes, if the clinic has a PACS archive (Orthanc): as a pilot, the study is linked to the order and opens in the DICOM viewer from the record. Without an archive, you attach the report and the images you receive as files.

Can I trace the lot of an injected drug?

Yes. Stock is kept by lot and expiry date, and consumption on signing is recorded by lot, earliest expiry first.
