Pilot programme

Hospital with an outpatient clinic: outpatient care today, day hospital in pilot

The multi-specialty outpatient clinic is covered: appointments, consultations, orders and results, prescriptions, documents and invoicing. The day hospital runs as a pilot on the Clinic and Group plans: beds, a ward whiteboard, vital signs, a light medication chart, nursing notes and the discharge summary. Full inpatient wards and DRG reporting are not built yet; we design them with the hospitals in the pilot.

Questions

Can we run the whole hospital on Clinesto?

Not today. The outpatient clinic works and the day hospital runs as a pilot; full inpatient wards are not built. We say so plainly and build them with the hospitals in the pilot.

Does it report to CNAS?

CNAS reporting for the outpatient clinic works as a pilot, with a run on the SIUI test environment before the first real report. DRG grouping and CNAS reporting of day cases and inpatient stays are not built; they belong to a later phase.
