Patients book first consultations and follow-ups online and cancel or reschedule from their link.

Reminders, recalls and receipts
Reminders 48 h and 3 h before with a YES/NO reply, recalls for the next follow-up; receipt as PDF or invoice from the signed consultation.
How the day runs

Is there a dedicated nutrition pack?
Nutrition runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, measurements and plan document with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.
Does it calculate the patient’s diet?
No. BMI is calculated from the record; the nutrition plan is written by you and generated as a document. There is no food database or meal calculator.
Can patients pay online?
Yes. Deposits at booking, pay links for a consultation or a package, through Netopia or Stripe.
