Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request.   • The child and the parents

    The parent or guardian is recorded on the child’s record, with contact details and their relationship to the patient.

  • Speech assessment

    Articulation, expressive and receptive language, oral-motor skills and goals as fields, in a template set up for your practice.

  • Priced session plan

    Phases, number of sessions, prices and payment schedule in a plan with an acceptance link sent to the parent or guardian as contact person.

  • Pay links

    Sessions or a package are paid online through Netopia or Stripe, or at the practice, with the receipt issued from the session.

  • Session notes

    Each session starts from the previous one; you note the exercises and progress against the goals.

  • Reminders

    Reminders 48 h and 3 h before, with a YES/NO reply that confirms or frees the slot in the calendar.

How the day runs

    A parent books the child’s initial assessment online.

  2. 02

    The therapist completes the assessment and proposes a 12-session plan.

  3. 03

    The acceptance link goes to the parent as contact person; the plan is accepted at home and the first instalment paid.

  4. 04

    At each session the notes start from the previous ones; the receipt is issued from the session.

  5. 05

    The next sessions are booked in the calendar, and the reassessment is set at the end.

Can I follow the child’s progress?

Yes. Goals and assessment results are stored in structured fields, so at reassessment you see the previous values.

Can I attach assessments from other specialists?

Yes. ENT, neurology or psychology reports received as PDFs are attached to the child’s record.
