Haematology follow-ups with every blood count in the same place

Your haematology templates are configured with you at onboarding: blood counts, iron studies and coagulation values as observations with units, treatment monitoring and the medical letter, on one record.

No card · Migration included · Hosted in the EU

Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

Screens from the Clinesto app. Specialty screens are shown during the demo.

What you get

  • Blood counts as observations

Haemoglobin, white cells, platelets and the indices you follow entered with units and compared from one visit to the next.

  • Coagulation controls

INR and other coagulation values recorded at each control; treatment changes are written by the doctor, with no dosing calculator.

  • Orders and lab results

Blood counts ordered from the visit; results entered, imported (CSV, HL7) or attached as the lab’s PDF, and an abnormal value raises a task.

  • Treatment monitoring template

Diagnosis, current treatment, tolerance and next steps as fields, each control starting from the previous visit.

  • Alerts on the record

Anticoagulant treatment or transfusion history saved as alerts that show at every visit.

  • Letters and referrals

The medical letter and referrals generated from the signed visit, as PDF, in the patient’s language.

How the day runs

  1. 01

The patient books the control online and confirms the reminder with YES.

  2. 02

They bring the new blood count; the lab PDF is attached to the visit.

  3. 03

The visit opens from the previous one; the values go into their observation set.

  4. 04

The doctor reviews the treatment, signs, and the letter is generated.

  5. 05

The invoice is issued and the next control booked; the recall goes out on its own and the visit joins the CNAS monthly report (pilot).

Integrations and exports

  • Lab orders and results (PDF request, CSV or HL7 import)
  • e-Factura with SPV upload (pilot)

Questions

Is there a dedicated haematology pack?

Haematology runs on configurable templates: we set up your blood count and coagulation fields and your letter with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Can lab results be imported automatically?

Yes, from files: results arrive as CSV or HL7 v2 files or through the API, or are entered by hand, and the doctor reviews them before they reach the patient app. For an in-house laboratory, orders to analysers go out through HL7, as a pilot.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
