Nephrology follow-ups with eGFR computed from the record

Your nephrology templates are configured with you at onboarding and use the internal medicine pack’s renal set and eGFR calculator: creatinine, albuminuria, blood pressure and treatment, visit after visit.

Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • eGFR (CKD-EPI 2021)

eGFR computed from the creatinine entered on the record, using the patient’s age and sex.

  • Renal values as observations

Creatinine, albumin-to-creatinine ratio, potassium and the other values you follow stored with units, comparable from one visit to the next.

  • Blood pressure and vitals

Blood pressure, weight and other vitals in the vitals set, next to the renal values of the same visit.

  • Chronic kidney disease follow-up

Stage, cause, treatment and diet advice as fields in a follow-up template; prescriptions are checked for allergies, duplicates and interactions.

  • Lab orders and reports

Renal work-ups ordered from the visit; results entered or imported (CSV, HL7), lab PDFs and ultrasound reports kept on the patient’s timeline.

  • Letters and referrals

The medical letter and referrals generated from the signed visit, as PDF, in the patient’s language.

How the day runs

  1. 01

The patient books the control online and confirms the reminder with YES.

  2. 02

The nurse records blood pressure and weight in the vitals set.

  3. 03

The visit opens from the previous one; the new creatinine is entered and eGFR updates itself.

  4. 04

The treatment is adjusted, the letter generated and signed.

  5. 05

The invoice is issued and the next control booked; the recall goes out on its own and the visit joins the CNAS monthly report (pilot).

Integrations and exports

  • Lab orders and results (PDF request, CSV or HL7 import)
  • Ultrasound reports as files
  • e-Factura with SPV upload (pilot)
  • CNAS reporting (pilot)
  • CSV export

Questions

Is there a dedicated nephrology pack?

Nephrology runs on configurable templates built on the internal medicine pack’s renal and vitals sets and its eGFR calculator. We set up your follow-up with you at onboarding; a dedicated pack can be built on request.

Can lab results be imported automatically?

Yes, from files: results arrive as CSV or HL7 v2 files or through the API, or are entered by hand, and the doctor reviews them before they reach the patient app. For an in-house laboratory, orders to analysers go out through HL7, as a pilot.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
