Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. What you get

  • Structured neurological exam

    Cranial nerves, motor function, reflexes, sensation, coordination and gait as fields rather than free text, in a template set up for your practice.

  • Configurable scales

    The scales you follow are configured at onboarding as forms in the template, and their scores stay on the record from one visit to the next.

  • EEG, EMG and imaging orders

    EEG, EMG or MRI ordered from the visit; the reports received as PDFs are attached to the consultation and kept with the patient.

  • Follow-ups without retyping

    A follow-up starts from the last signed visit: history, treatment and the previous exam are already there to update.

  • Letter, referral, prescription

    The medical letter, the referral and a private prescription checked for allergies, duplicates and interactions come out of the signed consultation, as PDF.

  • Invoice and CNAS

    Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for contracted services works as a pilot.

How the day runs

    A patient with epilepsy books a follow-up online in the neurologist’s calendar.

  2. 02

    A reminder goes out 48 h before; the patient confirms with YES.

  3. 03

    The consultation opens from the previous one; the neurologist updates the exam and attaches the new EEG.

  4. 04

    The medical letter and referral come out of the signed consultation; the invoice follows.

  5. 05

    The next control is booked before the patient leaves; post-visit messages and recalls go out through journeys.

Is there a dedicated neurology pack?

Neurology runs on configurable templates: we set up your neurological exam, scales and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Are scale scores calculated automatically?

Scales are configured at onboarding as forms in the template, and the scores stay on the record. The calculators included today are BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC, others on request; scores are informational and the decision is always the physician’s.

Do you connect to EEG or EMG machines?

There is no live device connection. You attach the PDF report to the consultation and enter the conclusions you follow into fields.
