Questions
Is there a dedicated orthodontics pack?
Orthodontics uses the dental pack plus orthodontic templates configured with you at onboarding. A deeper orthodontic pack can be built on request.
Do you do cephalometric analysis or aligner tracking?
No. There is no cephalometry and no aligner tracking. Cephalograms, scans and photos are attached as files, and the stages you follow go into configured fields.
How are long treatments paid?
The treatment plan has a payment schedule; the patient pays a deposit online and each instalment is invoiced, with outstanding balances in the reports.
