Pulmonology follow-ups with spirometry values you can compare

Your pulmonology templates are configured with you at onboarding and use the internal medicine pack’s spirometry set: lung function values with units, symptoms, inhaler treatment and the medical letter, on one record.

Configurable templates

Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. Scheduling and invoicing work as usual, and a dedicated pack can be built on request. How the coverage levels work

What you get

  • Spirometry as observations

Lung function values stored with units in the spirometry set, comparable from one control to the next.

  • Device reports attached

The spirometry, sleep study or pulse oximetry PDF from your device attached to the visit and kept with the patient.

  • Chronic follow-up template

Asthma, COPD or sleep apnoea controls with symptoms, exacerbations, smoking status and inhaler technique as fields; questionnaires such as CAT or ACT can be configured as fields.

  • Controls and prescriptions

Each control starts from the last signed visit; inhaler prescriptions are checked for allergies, duplicates and interactions, signed as PDF and renewed in one step.

  • Letter, referral, sick leave

Medical letter, referral and sick-leave documents generated from the signed visit, as PDF, in the patient’s language.

  • Spirometry room as a resource

The spirometry room is booked as a resource before the consultation, so the nurse and the doctor share one schedule.

How the day runs

  1. 01

The patient books a COPD control online, with a spirometry slot before the consultation.

  2. 02

They confirm the reminder with YES; the nurse performs the spirometry.

  3. 03

Values go into the spirometry set and the device PDF is attached to the visit.

  4. 04

The doctor updates the treatment and signs the prescription; the medical letter is generated.

  5. 05

The invoice is issued and the next control booked; the recall goes out on its own and the visit joins the CNAS monthly report (pilot).

Questions

Is there a dedicated pulmonology pack?

Pulmonology runs on configurable templates built on the internal medicine pack’s spirometry set. We set up your follow-up and letter with you at onboarding; a dedicated pack can be built on request.

Do you connect to spirometers?

There is no live device connection. You attach the spirometer’s PDF report to the visit and enter the values you follow into the spirometry set.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices. A run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
