Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request.   • Assessment template

    History, diagnosis, functional assessment and goals as structured fields, in a template set up for your practice at onboarding.

  • Treatment plan with sessions

    The plan lists the procedures and the number of sessions, by phase, so everyone in the team works from the same course of treatment.

  • Sessions in the calendar

    Each session is booked in the calendar of the therapist, room or equipment, with the rota and exceptions of every location.

  • Progress as measurements

    Range of motion, strength, pain or other values with units stored as observations, so you compare the start with today. Scales are configurable.

  • Referral and letter on the record

    The referral is attached to the record; the discharge letter is generated from the signed visit, as PDF.

  • Reminders and CNAS

    Reminders 48 h and 3 h before each session with a YES/NO reply; CNAS reporting for contracted practices works as a pilot, ahead of a run on the SIUI test environment.

How the day runs

    The patient arrives with a referral; the first assessment is booked in the rehabilitation doctor’s calendar.

  2. 02

    The assessment is signed and the treatment plan lists the procedures and sessions.

  3. 03

    Reception books the sessions in the therapists’ and rooms’ calendars; reminders go out before each one.

  4. 04

    At each session the therapist records what was done and the measurements that matter.

  5. 05

    At the end the progress is compared, the letter is generated and the control is booked.

Is there a dedicated rehabilitation pack?

Rehabilitation runs on configurable templates: we set up your assessment, treatment plan and progress measurements with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Can I book a whole course of sessions at once?

The sessions of a plan are booked in the calendar of the therapist, room or equipment, and each one gets its own reminder. A recall brings the patient back for the control after the course.

Does it handle CNAS contracts?

CNAS reporting works as a pilot: insured check at check-in, cases from signed visits, monthly reports and settlement invoices; a run on the SIUI test environment comes before your first real report.
