The certificate is generated as PDF from the signed visit and kept on the record, with its date visible at the next check-up.

Vitals, BMI and the values you follow stored as observations, comparable from one season to the next.

ECG or stress-test PDFs from your devices attached to the visit; lab tests ordered with an order set, results reviewed on the record.

Tags group the athletes of a club or team; the calendar takes several check-ups in a row.

Pay links and deposits for private check-ups; reminders 48 h and 3 h before with a YES/NO reply.
How the day runs

The athlete books the yearly check-up online, or the club’s list is scheduled by reception.

Vitals and measurements go into their fields; the ECG PDF is attached.

The visit is signed and the fitness certificate generated.

The receipt or invoice is issued, or the patient pays through the link.

The next check-up is booked and a recall is set for when the certificate is due.

Sports medicine runs on configurable templates: we set up your check-up and fitness certificate with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.
Do you connect to ECG or ergometry equipment?
There is no live device connection. You attach the device’s PDF report to the visit and enter the values you follow into structured fields.
Can I see when a certificate expires?
The certificate is on the record with its date, and a recall reminds the athlete when the next check-up is due; it appears on the recall work list for reception.
