Runs on the encounter engine: we configure templates, documents and consents with you at onboarding, on the internal medicine pack’s observation sets, with BMI, eGFR and FINDRISC calculators included and others on request. What you get

  • Gynaecology consultation

    Obstetric history, cycle, exam, colposcopy and recommendations as fields, in a template set up for your practice.

  • Pregnancy visits

    Weight, blood pressure and fundal height stored as observations with units, comparable from one visit to the next.

  • Ultrasound reports attached

    The ultrasound report exported by the machine is attached as a PDF to the visit, next to the fields the doctor completes.

  • Orders and results

    Smear, HPV or pregnancy blood tests ordered from the visit; results entered, imported or attached, reviewed by the doctor and shown in the patient app.

  • Consent, documents, prescriptions

    Consent is signed on a tablet; the letter, referrals and private prescriptions, checked for allergies, interactions and pregnancy, come out of the signed visit.

  • Invoice and CNAS

    Invoice or receipt PDF from the signed visit, e-Factura uploaded to the SPV in Romania (pilot); CNAS reporting for pregnancy monitoring and contracted services works as a pilot.

How the day runs

    A pregnant patient books her 20-week visit online.

  2. 02

    The reminder goes out 48 h before: “We look forward to seeing you tomorrow at 10. Reply YES to confirm.”

  3. 03

    The visit opens from the previous one; weight and blood pressure go into observations and the ultrasound is attached.

  4. 04

    The letter and the lab referral come out of the signed visit; the receipt follows.

  5. 05

    The next pregnancy visit is booked before she leaves.

Is there a dedicated obstetrics and gynaecology pack?

The specialty runs on configurable templates: we set up your consultation, pregnancy visits and documents with you at onboarding. A dedicated pack can be built on request.

Is gestational age or the due date calculated?

There is no dedicated obstetrics calculator today. A computed field for gestational age from the last menstrual period can be set up in your template at onboarding; it stays informational.

Are images taken straight from the ultrasound machine?

There is no live connection to the ultrasound machine. You attach the PDF report or the exported images to the visit.
