What works today

  • One organisation per company

    Each with its tax ID, VAT rules, invoice series, documents and locations.

  • Country packs

    Romania (e-Factura with SPV upload as a pilot, receipts, cash register), Belgium (Peppol BIS documents, credit notes) and generic packs for the other EU countries.

  • Switch between companies

    The same user works in several organisations and switches between them without signing out.

  • Locations and rotations

    Every company has its locations, hours and cash registers; practitioners rotate between them.

  • Reports per company and location

    Dashboard and reports per organisation, filtered by location, exportable to CSV.

  • One patient across the group

    A patient is known across the group’s clinics with one patient-app sign-in; only with the patient’s consent, a read-only “Other clinics in the group” card, every look logged.

  • Group overview and SSO

    A Group overview report (revenue, appointments, no-shows and memberships per clinic and in total) and single sign-on through OpenID Connect: Entra ID, Google Workspace, Keycloak. SAML, SCIM and multi-currency consolidation are not built.

  • Corporate contracts and third-party payers

    Companies that pay for their employees’ memberships, and private insurers as third-party payers, with pre-approval and separate invoices for the insurer and the co-payment; pre-approval is requested by e-mail or through the insurer’s portal, with no API.

Can the group work in Romania and Belgium?

Yes. Each company runs its own country pack: VAT, invoicing, e-invoicing documents and identifiers.

Do we see the whole group in one report?

Yes, on the Group plan: the Group overview shows revenue, appointments, no-shows and memberships per clinic and in total. Consolidation across currencies is not built yet.

How long does implementation take?

Company by company, with data imported into a preview account first; the timing depends on the sources and the volume.
