Migration questions
How long does a migration take?
For a typical practice, one to three weeks from the export to go-live, depending on the source and the volume of documents.
Do we have to stop working during the migration?
No. You keep working in the old system until the final import, which usually runs outside working hours.
What if something does not map?
The difference report lists it before go-live; we fix the mapping or move it as a document attached to the patient.
